Weekly Update #1

Hey my dears <3

First week is over! Crazy how fast it went! Still can´t believe it!
So seven days ago I arrived at the place where I should live for the next eleven months but now after one week it doesn´t feel like “just a place” it already feels like a second home. All in all I would say, the first week was pretty positive. I met a lot new people and saw some new places. But to be honest it is pretty hard to make friends also because there aren´t so many people at school who can really speak English and I don´t want to annoy those, who are quiet good in speaking English, all the time. I mean yeah there are a few kids I could imagine hanging out with more often, but it is still not extremely easy. 

But I attend to a folk dancing group now and I hope this will work out pretty good. I mean all in all there aren´t so many things you can do in this town like going shopping or visiting several cafes or museums. But for this, my host family and I have grown closer, which is atleast in my opinion a good thing. We watched movies together, went on a trip and stuff like this.

All in all I can´t really say how things will turn out because it´s just the first week, but all in all things are fine lately…
